Did anyone else feel like this last night??đť
Halloween gets bigger and bigger every year.
And it has been for some time.
Last night for example âŚ
I donât think Iâve EVER seen the residential streets of London so busy at 7 pm.
On a Sunday.
Not a patch on NYE or Christmas time.
Packed.
Every single type of trick or treater were out.
The whole spectrum was represented.
To a group of 10 teenagers roaming around, looking for trouble, and not really getting the whole fun vibe.
Right through to families politely knocking on doors.
Asking for sweets.
Genuinely trying to produce some magic for their kids.

And whilst writing this email.
It got me thinking âŚ
Which group ended up having the best time last?
Creating special memories?
Probably the latter of the examples.
(I could be wrong here, BTW ⌠open to that)

And I guess itâs a bit like looking round the gym floor when youâre mid-workout.
Youâll see plenty of people training.
Using the machines, free weights etc.
In the same building as you.
âTechnicallyâ doing the same activity as you.
But not everyone there will be getting the same outcome.
The same result.
Itâs those who are focused on the task at hand who will reap the rewards.
Those whoâve done their homework.
Know what they need to do.
And have a plan to execute.
Not those that are only showing up because they feel they âhave toâ.
Have an awesome Monday đâď¸
