Your July / August body …
… is a byproduct of what you’re doing with your training / general lifestyle in January, February & March
You can’t be leaving it until April to start taking things seriously.
Or a couple of weeks before.
Because you’ll need longer than 12 weeks.
Definitely longer than 6.
Everyone does.
Unless you’re in great shape already and only need to lose a few KG.

And by ‘taking things seriously’ now.
I don’t mean a drastic 40% calorie deficit mega diet.
I mean something nice & gradual.
Relatively sustainable.
That leaves you losing 1% of your average body weight each week.
Which is perfect.
1.
that’s fast enough progress to keep things interesting & leave you with a decent chuck of KG off after 12,15,20 weeks
but
2.
not so aggressive that you can only manage 3 weeks at a time before you go off the rails and partake in a 25,000kcal cheat day
(btw someone actually did that recently lol)

Less tired
More energised
More ’nourished’
You’ll look better off the back of a slow & steady approach.
And also less likelihood of a body fat blowout when you’re actually on the holiday.
