Tracking on Myfitnesspal is great, but hitting your goals without needing to is better. You need to learn how to first though.
If I could only pick 1 lower body exercise to do for a whole year … it’d be walking lunges. Hits everything.
Trainers who offer huge Black Friday deals on their services. Avoid.
Don’t get caught up in fancy training protocols. Dumbbells, barbells, basic rep ranges. All you need.
Gyms at Christmas time are usually far less busy than usual. It’s a good time to train.
Staying as injury-free as possible should be the top of your priority list. Approach your workouts with that in mind.
If you want to get a jump start on tomorrow morning's weigh-in … eat your dinner a few hours earlier.
