I told a client last night that he should add X amount of push-ups into his morning routine.
As it’s A) a good way to get blood pumping around the body first thing.
And B) over a long time, you’ll build more muscle.
It’s something that I started doing in 2018.
And have kept up EVERY day since.
Just over 3 years now.
And I’m so glad I started.
So I wanted him to get on it too.
And it said:
“I’d like to, but I like my sleep, Harry. Everything first thing is already down to a T, and I really don’t have time to add the push-ups in”
Which I do totally get.
We’re all rushed in the morning.
I’d love to meditate for 30 mins instead of 6.
Write a page or 2 in my journal, rather than 10 bullet points.
Have 2x big coffees, rather than 1 small one.
But sometimes.
A TINY time investment gives you a disproportionately high return.
And the 30 push-ups every morning.
(Or however many you can comfortably do in 1 go)
Is a good example.
… It probably takes no more than 30-40 seconds …
I sometimes take longer than that to swipe up on my phone to turn the alarm off 😂

Time flies so start doing your push-ups early.
Even if you have to set your alarm 1 minute earlier.
Have a good one 💥
Harry
