What should I do??
I’ve been umming and erring about my own training over December.
Shall I write a new program?
Stick to that religiously until the 24th then have a break?
Or sort of wing it until then.
Still training hard of course.
But more freestyling.
Then write up a structured program for the start of January.
And properly go at it 100%.
I’m a bit undecided.
And I’ll probably decide later on today.

And if you’re reading this.
Thinking exactly the same.
Remember that there’s nothing wrong with winging it a bit.
As long as you’re still keeping the fundamentals in there.
-> Training hard. Putting the effort in during your sets
-> Training often every week. 2x sessions don’t cut it. You need 3-5
-> Doing the basic, simple, bread & butter exercises. That’s what 80% of your movements should be
-> Doing everything with control. No one that reads my emails is a professional powerlifter by trade.
-> Working in sensible rep ranges. Broadly speaking 6-12. No real need to stray outside that.
Keep all of those 5 points in mind.
And then you can do whatever you like 🤪
