Hello ... it's me
First email in a few days.
And it feels good to be back.
I was about to start writing one coming up on the train last night.
But had to divert my attention to stop the dog hoovering up the crumbs of god-knows what.
On the floor of the train. Under the seats.
Etc.
So here we are.
No email in 4 days and I’ve lost my momentum.
That ‘flow’ you get when you’re in the zone on something.
Could be training sessions
Writing emails
Prepping food
Going out & getting more steps in
Whichever.
It all gets easier when it’s PART of what you do daily.
Emphasis on ‘daily’.
Difficult to build a LIFELONG habit if you’re only doing it a couple of times each week.
Because repetition is key.
More reps = more embedded.
Fewer reps = harder to get into the flow.

So I plan on doing an email EVERY day this week … again.
And by this time next week.
I’ll have some of that good old momentum back on my side.
