I'm a part time Deliveroo driver now 👀
Drove a scooter for the first time this morning.
Fed up with relying on TFL😅
And even though it was an automatic.
(So in theory easy to ride …or easier than a manual)
It was totally alien to me.
And properly outside my comfort zone.

Reminded me of what it’s like training for the first time.
Soooo many things to think about.
It’s like you KNOW what you need to do.
But doing it in practice is totally different.
-> Your proprioception is completely off.
-> You don’t have any muscle memory yet - it’s all new.
-> Your concentration levels are completely maxed out.
It’s exhausting 😂

And it takes time.
Time practising.
Learning the movements.
Making mistakes
(… I didn’t fall off don’t worry)
And generally becoming more comfortable with it.
>
Same goes for dieting too.
Remember your first week properly “doing” a fat loss diet …
It’s hard work at the start, right?
Tracking on Myfitnesspal
Doing a bit of meal prep
NOT having Deliveroo when you usually do
Going a bit hungry
It’s tough.
But then it gets easier over time.
As you adjust to it.
And practice it more.
My 2 cents
Have a great evening 💥
