I skipped Saturday
Funny story.
Had every intention to write yesterday’s email.
Even started typing something.
50 words or so.
But it wasn’t any good.
So it got sacked off.
VERY unlike me to do that.
In one of those moods
But there we go π

And I regret that decision now.
“Something is always better than nothing”
My writing would have gotten better the more I typed.
I would have built momentum.
And probably ended up with a reasonable email.
Which could have a positive impact.
Rather than the option I chose.
Which didn’t help anyone.
Except for it gave the doggies time for an extra half a dozen sniffs outsideπ

Apply that same principle to everything fitness related.
Your diet might not be perfect today.
Nor might your step count.
But don’t write it off completely.
Otherwise, you’ll get nowhere.
Like I did yesterday morning.
