I SUCKED when I first started doing these đ
Some of you OG subscribers will know this.
But these emails didnât start off as a daily thing.
No-no-no.
I did them WEEKLY.
Back in 2019.
Sunday evening, Iâd sit down.
The final bit of the weekend.
Itâd take me about 90 minutes.
And Iâd have written up a fairly compressive, overly formal, educational article.
I think some of them are still up on Visfit.com if you scroll back enough.
Some Thursday website stalking for you if you want to.
But the important thing to note here was that it WASNâT daily.
It was weekly.
And even that felt like a struggle.
It felt like a lot.
(Would you believe)
Coming up with 1 brand new article each week to write was tough
I was struggling with ideas
I had no motivation to do it
Sometimes Iâd forget (lol)
But I persevered with it.
And then it turned into a daily one during Lockdown 1.
And Iâve stuck with that.
The rest is history of course.

The key point here.
If I had started out doing it daily âŚ
I would have GIVEN UP pretty quickly.
After a few days.
100%.
Itâd have been far far too much for me at the time.
I didnât have the writing experience
I wasnât confident enough with the style
I didnât feel like I had enough to talk about
Basically, I needed to learn how to walk first, before I tried to run.
And that was the key.
Fast forward almost 2 years now of doing them DAILY.
And as you know, I donât miss a beat.
Enjoying the whole thing.

Donât bite off more than you can chew.
Build some momentum first.
Have a good one đĽ
