Talking to a client yesterday about his diet.
Our plan of action for this year.
What we need to focus on.
Etc.
The usual stuff.
And basically.
It came down to 2 areas.
Firstly, things we’re going to do.
Secondly, things we’re NOT going to do.
Pretty simple.
And in his case.
It’s the 2nd point that I told him we need to focus on.
A bit like a football game.
Instead of worrying about how you need to score 3+ goals in every game in order to win.
Just focus on not conceding.
Then you only need 1 goal to win.
Make sense?

For MOST people wanting to drop 5-10kg going into this year …
-> Stop drinking alcohol so much
-> Stop eating out at restaurants all the time
-> Stop ordering Deliveroo on weekends
-> Stop staying up till 1 am watching TV on school nights
-> Stop getting Ubers everywhere when you could walk
And that’s all without even mentioning the long list of things you should be doing.
If you put all these into action,
You’re onto something.
And the weight - at least at the start …
Will fly off.
