Rainy weekends aren't that bad
A bit slow to this.
(Pun intended)
But I got given a slow cooker for Christmas.
And I think it’ll be a game changer for meal prep.
In theory - it totally should be.
-> Get all the ingredients. Protein, veg etc
-> Log it all into Myfitnesspal
-> Chuck it all in
-> Press 1 button
-> Leave for however many hours you want
And voila - you’ve got 4x or so meals that you know exactly what’s in.
Can go in the fridge or freezer.
I’m going to play around with it next week.
So I’ll let you know my thoughts.

Sleep being good for recovery & all that.
The guy who wrote the book “Why we sleep” always pops up on my TikTok.
And some of what he says is pretty eye-opening.
When you realise you don’t get anywhere near enough sleep.
Something to work on.
