Almost all success with any diet.
Boils down to the weekend.
And whether or not you can avoid temptation from Friday - Monday.
Not to overconsume calories.
It’s tough.
Especially when everything social is geared towards either eating or drinking.
I mean.
Whether you’re staying in.
Or going out.
Calories are involved.
Sucks 😂
You can stress out over going over your calorie target by 50kcal on a Tuesday.
Because you had 1x square of dark chocolate too many after dinner.
Only to go and throw that all away.
By going over by 1,000kcal on a Saturday night.
Just by having a few drinks and some crisps.
It’s a tricky one.
But this is what separates those who are consistently in shape.
Versus those who aren’t.
See it as a “barrier to entry”.
And without that.
Being in shape WOULDN’T be so desirable.
That whole “nothing worth having comes easy” phrase.
Springs to mind.
My advice?
The pubs, clubs, restaurants, drinks, foods -
All the fun things in life.
Aren’t going anywhere.
You can give them up for a few weeks.
And then enjoy them afterwards.
