My day so far
Ended up going to the gym this morning.
First thing.
Which btw.
I NEVER do on a Sunday.
So I could finish my 6/6 training week.
And tick that box off.

First week back after my time off & all that.
Wasn’t even a full 20 set sesh.
Just 12 sets of lower body machines.
Nothing spectacular.
Didn’t push to failure.
But worked hard.
Better than nothing though - correct?
Now I’ve got my slow cooker on so I’m set for the first half of the week.
Written a couple of new training programs.
Taken the doggies out for a monster walk (with the tennis ball) in Hyde Park.
Even managed to squeeze in an hour nap on the sofa.
RIP sleep quality tonight.
But oh well 😅
