So, ironically …
This email is about consistency.
And obvs how I lack it atm 😅
But seriously.
Body composition wise.
Think about it like this.
You get proper results when you’re “in the ZONE”.
Correct?
You’ve got momentum built up
You’re stringing several good months together
You can lose a significant amount of body fat
And you can build some muscle & get stronger
All good.
Now …
You can’t get “in the zone” if your consistency isn’t there.
It’d be like alternating between Monday and Sunday all the time.
Imagine how bad that’d be?!
You’d never get those 5x working days in a row, where each day gets easier & easier.
(in some ways)
1 day on the program
1 day off the program
x repeat forever
You’d never be able to get into a good streak, would you?
It’d be hell.
You’d dread the days you’re “on plan”
And feel bad during the “off-plan” days.
Not getting anywhere at the end of it.
So that’s why consistency is paramount to results.
