Not your everyday result
Posted the first before & after result on IG earlier this week.
From my man Nic.
Who’s done brilliantly over the last 20 weeks.
One of those where every week.
He gets better & better.
So naturally, difficult to know when to ‘pull the trigger’ and publish some photos.
But we agreed the 20 week ones were right.
As we’re now shifting our focus to building.
After the initial cutting phase.
So there’ll be a bit of body fat gain with that.

The most interesting thing about his Transformation so far though?
How he makes the best of what’s available to him.
Because the thing is.
He eats out a lot.
Pretty much every day.
If not twice a day.
And doesn’t get a whole lot of sleep.
Yet still managed to do all the things necessary to lose fat & build muscle.
Not really using the eating / drinking out card as a reason not to.
-> Rarely misses training sessions
-> 9/10 hits his protein intake
-> Always makes sensible choices when out
-> Generally commits himself to the process
And voila 🤌
He sees significant results.
Even I’ve learnt a thing or two from how he’s done it.
So, looking forward to what the next 20 weeks brings.
