Brb while the sun is out
Stunner of a morning today.
So quickly typing this before I head out for a stroll with the 🐶
Because apparently, it’s clouding over later on.
So want to maximise some Vitamin D exposure.
Which is obviously a rarity this time of year.
Had to double-check the date before starting.
30th already.
February is on Tuesday.
No idea where the time has gone.
But I’m personally glad I haven’t skipped any sessions in 2022 yet.
(Subtle brag … cancel me 😅)
6/6 every week so far.
Probably would have done 2/6 if I only trained when I wanted to.
/ felt like I had the time and energy to do.
But pressed on with all of them.

No
Did I smash PRs every time I went onto the gym floor?
Nope
Did I finish every session giving absolutely everything I had?
Probably not. Who knows. I didn’t have a gun to my head on any of the final sets.
Did each one take me a tiny step towards my ultimate goal of having lats so big that I struggle to fit through doorways?
I like to think so. Even a +0.000001% gain is good enough for me
Am I going to rinse & repeat this for many months, years to come?
Yes. How else am I going to build muscle…?!
