Back a few weeks ago.
Mindlessly scrolling through Instagram.
As you do.
(Everyone does this.. right ..?)

Nothing out of the ordinary.
The usual stuff.
That we’ve all become accustomed to.
But one thing stood out for me this time round.
One of my friends had actually posted a recipe for some protein pancakes they made.
All the normal ingredients you’d expect.
Successfully passing the Harry scrutiny test 😂

Then it came to the toppings ..
Which is where it went all wrong.
Blueberries - good
Chopped-up strawberries - also good
Small amount of honey - unless you’re trying to be mega strict, fine
Greek STYLE yogurt - errrrrrrrrrr no
No no no.
wtf 🤯
They went for the yoghurt that has 1.9g protein per 100g of yoghurt..
Rather than the 10g protein per 100g of yoghurt.
On further inspection.
Having received a polite but firm DM from me.
They explained that it was a mistake.
And they thought they were using the normal Greek yoghurt.
The high protein one.
Easy mistake to make - yes.
Completely.
But it goes to show you.
Read your food labels

99% of the time you want to be going for that low-fat, high-protein yogurt.
Total 0%, 2% etc
Skyr
Arla protein yoghurts
Rather than other types which basically offer little to no nutritional value.
Except calories.
And don’t go playing the taste card either.
Some of the protein yoghurts out there taste just like Petit Filous.
Which is the undisputed OG / goat of yoghurts.
