Something I saw on IG yesterday
I heard that apparently.
It’s around this time in January.
Coming up to 3 weeks in.
We’ve already done over 2.
That people start to give up on their New Year / Jan goals.
And start “reverting” back to normal.
The spark dies down.
Motivation starts to fall off a cliff.
Everyone gets ill.
So I can totally see why.
>
On the flip side?
We haven’t got THAT much longer left.
By the 2nd half of February.
Things have usually started to turn around.
Spring around the corner.
Weather improves.
So basically we just need to push through this “sticky” patch here.

You keep turning up to work, even when you don’t feel like it.
So apply that same dedication to your gym sessions.
If you’re a business owner, you still pay HMRC what they ask for, even when you’d rather not.
So just apply that same logic to tracking your food & preparing it yourself.
The gym isn’t even that busy at the moment
So if you’re using that as an excuse not to go … don’t 😂
(Don’t know why I’m saying that last one tbh … now the gym could get rammed)

You see what I’m saying here.
Getting through rough patches is a requirement for success.
You can’t achieve great things without wading through cr*p.
Have a great Tuesday 🤙
Harry
