Sooooo …
First proper weekend of the year.
First major hurdle if you’re on a fat loss mission.
My advice for you?
Weekends get progressively harder to stay on track with.
As you go along your fat loss journey.
If you think weekend 1 is tough.
After only being ‘on plan’ for 4-5 days.
Then try weekend 11.
That sh*t is a totally different ball game.
-> You’re probably not that tired right now
-> It’s January, so not much going on socially
-> Hunger isn’t too bad. It’s manageable as you’ve only been dieting for a few days
-> You’re not ‘bored of it’ yet. It’s still relatively fresh & interesting
-> You’ve got support. Most people are cleaning up their diet at the moment. It’s not like you’re the only one
And so on …
Come weekend 11.
Saturday, March 5th.
None of those things will still stand.
Tired
FOMO
Hungry
Bored of dieting
No one else dieting either
It’ll make this weekend seem like a doddle.
