Did some more slow cooker cooking yesterday.
Playing around with the new toy.
Feel like I’ve been hiding under a rock all these years.
Because it’s just so easy.
I’m not tracking at the moment.
Or even trying to lose body fat.
Just getting back into the swing of a routine post-Christmas.
But if & when I do.
Start a little diet to lose a few KGs.
It’s going to make logging & planning meals out idiot-proof.
And more straightforward than cooking every meal (usually only dinner for me).

And I’ve got one of the smallish ones.
3.5 litres I think.
And you can get much bigger ones.
So in theory …
If you had a big one.
you could do all your Mon - Fri meal prep on a Sunday.
It’d take probably 5 minutes to chop up all the veg.
Put it all down on Myfitnesspal.
Then put half the meals in the fridge for the first half of the week.
With the remains going in the freezer for the second half.
No brainer if you’re time-strapped during the week.

I’m eyeing up on 1st April to start a mini cut.
For a month or so (4-6 weeks).
Typing that so everyone can hold me accountable to it 😅
Because I remember saying exactly the same thing last year.
And it didn’t really happen.
