The only fat loss info you'll need
The best thing you can do for fat loss.
Is to control and limit your food intake.
It’s not burning more calories.
Hear me out.
It’s pretty tough to burn 100kcal on top of what you already burn.
Being alone, breathing, organs working etc.
That takes up MOST of the energy you burn on any given day.
It would likely be 30-45 minutes of moderately intense exercise.
-> Going for a 45-minute jog.
-> Moderately difficult weight training session.
-> An hours’ long walk.
You get the idea.
It’s not a practical nor easy way to create a bigger energy deficit.
= what you’re looking to do to lose fat.
You can’t be going for 4x 45-minute jogs each day to create your 500 calorie deficit 😂
For 12+ weeks etc.

FAR easier to just not consume 100kcal.
Much much easier.
Heck, you could go even further and not eat 200 … 300 … 500.
You could have 2 biscuits instead of 3.
Skimmed milk instead of full fat.
Diet coke instead of regular coke.
The list goes on.

There’s no need to make things harder than they already are.
Because losing fat is tough anyway.
So why would you make it even harder?
You’ll be tired.
You’ll get demotivated.
You’ll plateau.
Life will get in the way.
It’ll all happen.
So make life EASIER for yourself.
And get on top of your diet.
