How to lose the MOST amount of fat
Ok so from what I’ve gathered from Instagram over the last few days.
A lot of people’s Day 1, is today.
Who starts a diet on a Bank Holiday Monday anyway?!
And I’ve even been personally asked by close friends & family members.
"How to lose X weight in Y weeks"
X = a pretty HIGH number. 5-10kg usually.
Y = a pretty LOW number. 2-4 weeks usually.
And get this?
While, in a perfect world, we’d all LIKE to reach our goals tomorrow.
We don’t actually need to.
Why do you have lost 5kg by February 4th …?
It’ll probably be snowing by then.
Freezing temperatures and we’ll all be wearing several layers.
Chiselled abs won’t see the light of day I’m afraid.

No need to take a long term view on things either.
There’s little point in giving yourself TOO much time.
As there won’t be the incentive, drive, motivation etc to get there.
So go somewhere in the middle.
Aim to lose a MODERATE amount of weight, in a MODERATE amount of time.
That’s usually the fastest way to see results in the medium term.
