This makes total sense
I think this time of year more than normal.
You HAVE to get your training done as early in the day as you can.
Otherwise, it won’t happen.
I speak from experience.
(Happened to me yesterday …)
Even just hearing a Christmas song on the radio during the day.
Totally zones you out from wanting to hit the gym.
Even if you felt like doing it before.

The days also just seem to run away from you more in December.
It comes to 9 am.
You think you’ve got plenty more opportunities to go and train.
You could quickly squeeze it in your 90-minute slot …
But you’d rather take your time with it.
Be a bit less rushed.
Enjoy it more etc …
So you put it off till later in the day.
But when 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm rolls around.
There’s no way in hell you want to train.
More or less getting dark already.
So it gets packed for the day.
And you just push it to tomorrow.
Has that happened to you before?

I know I’ll definitely be training in the gym on Christmas Eve this year.
But it’ll be an early morning session.
(There’ll be plenty of other people doing the same I’m sure. Making room for more turkey etc)
No way could it be an afternoon one.
(Who trains at 4 pm on Christmas Eve?! That’s psychopath behaviour)
