Instead of waiting for January ...
I’ve heard it all a million times before.
Usually early / mid-November it starts.
With a crescendo throughout December.
Every year.
“I’m getting back on it in January”
“No point in starting now so will wait till January”
“Want everything to be in place, so I can give it 100%”

The funny part?
These people don’t even start their regimes on January the 1st 😂
(In no fit state to after NYE, obviously)
It’s going to be January 3rd this year.
Monday.
The first working day of 2022.
Because you can’t start a fitness regime on a Saturday or Sunday.
That’s still part of the holiday.
Don’t be silly.

And you know what?
January is also a busy time of year with work.
New year. New goals. Everyone’s raring to go after the holidays.
People finishing up deals that dragged on over Christmas.
Money to get in to pay off the December credit card.
So in my experience.
A lot of these same people.
End up putting it off until April / May anyway.
And blame it on waiting for better weather 😅

Don’t be one of these people.
There are never perfect conditions for anything.
We know this.
There’s nothing stopping you from going to the gym in December.
Getting into the habit of exercising regularly.
Hitting your 10,000 steps a day.
Preparing your own food.
And so on.

I’m going to still be doing these daily emails.
Even though sign ups are low in December.
(And I don’t have space anyway)
