Easy care 40º π―
Anyone else love using Sunday mornings to get a lot of boring jobs done?
Or is it just me?
Even though they never take longer than 5-10 minutes.
I feel like I have to have a clear 4-5 hours allocated to do them.
Or I feel like I wouldn’t have enough time.
Mad isn’t it π
If don’t get those jobs done.
I feel like the mornings been wasted.
Because doing them in the afternoon.
Would be silly.
So for housework…
Having no time constraint is a WINNER.
The open-ended time scale works.
>
When it comes to training?
I think the total opposite is true.
Having a STRICT time constraint produces a better session.
Compared to having it open-ended.
As in …
You HAVE to be finished in 55 minutes as you’ve got a meeting.
So even if you wanted to.
-> You can’t be emailing in rest periods
-> Changing songs constantly
-> Taking 3 minute rest periods
You have to go beast mode.
And whilst it’s way more stressful than having 4 hours to train.
It feels so GOOD when it’s done.
And you end up having a better training session.
>
Anyone else get that?
Or do you prefer having a 3-hour training slot?
Let me know βοΈ
And have a great rest of the weekend.
Harry
