What a difference 12 hours makes
So most weekdays.
I’m in the gym early morning.
And I’ll usually out by 4 pm latest.
Because most people (myself included) like getting their gym work done in the early hours.
Pre-work.
Quieter gym.
Less chance of something ‘popping up’ and ruining your schedule.
So I’m rarely … if ever, at the gym during the post-work rush.
6 pm onwards.
But yesterday was different.
Ended up leaving at 8 pm 😳
And wow.
The gym at 7 am feels TOTALLY different to the same gym, but 12 hours later …
at 7 pm.
Different crowd.
Different vibe.
Different mentality … I think.
It’s a weird one, and I’m actually struggling to put it into words here.

I will say this though.
I do like a late-night training session.
There’s something that feels “hardcore” about it.
You can give it your all.
Because all the work of the day is behind you.
And while you COULD skip it & go home.
You’re choosing to train.
Knowing that afterwards.
It’s home time … then bedtime.
>
In the morning, you’ve got the whole day ahead of you.
And sometimes that can distract you.
I dunno.
What do YOU think?
Early morning sessions? Pre-work.
Or evening ones? Post work.
Interested to know.
