So my first email in a few days.
Sorry if you’ve missed them.
But with everything going on …
Just didn’t feel like putting fingers on the keyboard and ranting away like I usually do.
But having had 2 brand new Transformation starters today.
And in the process of getting them both set up.
I thought I’d share this:
“The best plans are the easiest ones to stick to”
Plan adherence is THE biggest challenge you need to overcome in order to get in shape.
The biggest one.
How do you make plan adherence easier? You make the program easier.
-> More simple
-> More straightforward
-> Less hassle
-> Less complications
My approach has gotten DRASTICALLY more simplistic as the years have gone by.
I used to write up programs that looked EXCITING on paper.
Different this
Changing that
Etc
But in reality, people probably found them difficult to follow.
As my knowledge & experience has improved …
My plans have become more basic.
>> And the results get better
