I did how many ...?!
Somehow I’ve ended up doing 25,055 steps today.
Literally just checked my phone.
And that’s what it's telling me.
I guess I’ve spent a lot of my day doing non-work admin.
Walking everywhere.
So it explains the large number.
But still surprising nonetheless.
Keeping busy is a godsend for fat loss
You know when you have those days when you don’t have a lot on?
You get kinda bored …
Start thinking about food …
If you’re at home, you check the fridge.
Scour the cupboards for snacks.
Basically, not what you want to be doing.
If you’re aiming to be in a deficit.

Then on the flip side.
You have those days when you’re rushing around.
Thing after thing.
Doing this that & everything in between.
It gets to 7 pm.
And you realise you haven’t eaten since mid-morning.
(Also doing 25k steps 😅)
These days are GOOD for fat loss.
And deficit living.
