It happened again ...
I’ve unintentionally started a weekly habit of not sending an email on Saturday.
I deliberately talk myself out of writing one first thing like I usually do.
Thinking that I’ll do it later on when I’ve got a bit more time.
And every time.
I forget.
/ It doesn’t happen.
And I start my Sunday email saying exactly that.
Will try harder next week … I promise.

In other news.
I’m planning on doing a 4 week “mini cut” starting on April 1st.
Call it a spring clean.
Just for the month of April.
The aim is to lose a good few KGs of body fat that I’ve accumulated over the last 6 months during my gaining period.
So that I’m in a better place body composition wise heading into May.
Warmer months.
Longer days.
Etc.
Because, unless you’re BRAND NEW to training.
Which I am not.
(10+ years of consistent 4-6x per week training)
You can’t gain muscle without gaining fat.
But, I’ll talk about the rationale behind it closer to the time.
And until then, I’m going to carry on gaining.
Knowing that a “tidy up” is just around the corner.
i.e, not stressing about extra body fat accumulation 😅
