I’ve changed my mind about a few things over the years.
Training setups & techniques
Diet protocols (do’s & don’ts)
Tracking ideas
Supplement advice
I haven’t gone full 360º on any of them I might add.
But maybe a few 20º turns here & there.
Tweaking things along as I go.
And a lot of it probably comes from what I’m doing myself.
My OWN training
My OWN diet
My OWN headspace with the whole short/long term fitness journey
Because I tend to “try” things out before I offload them to clients.
Experiment with myself first.
I’ll give you a few examples:
When I’m loosely tracking food in my build phase, and having success with it …
I’ll probably suggest that my ‘building’ clients do the same.
When I’m mega on it. Weighing every stem of broccoli & gram of protein powder to get lean …
I’ll get my fat loss clients to try the same (if they can)
When I’m loving walking lunges and doing them heavy, twice a week …
Yep … they’ll be in their programs too.

It probably enhances the “team” aspect of a Transformation too.
Because it feels like we’re BOTH doing it.
Which helps a ton.
Especially when things get tough.
And your mind starts to play tricks on you.

Anyway, just something to think about.
Have a great Sunday ☕️
