Morning,
6 months ago (almost to this very day) I stopped doing these daily emails.
Which I did pretty much non-stop for 2 years.
Just ended up running out of content, unfortunately …
And anything interesting to say …
But now I’m starting again.
Armed with 6 months worth of life experience.
(Might do an email on why I REALLY stopped doing these at some point)
So …
Either they’ll pop into your inbox at 5.23 am.
Or on the weekends.
A tiny bit later.

The main reason I’ve fired these up again??
A) I actually enjoy doing them.
It’s a hassle for the first 30 seconds.
But once I get going.
Typing a load of rubbish before I edit it.
There’s something therapeutic about doing this.
Talking to you directly with (almost) no filter.
B) Spending so much time in a commercial gym.
A lot of people train badly. Really badly.
Sort of fed up watching without doing anything about it.
So I thought if they signed up for these, and I dished out some free advice, then the likelihood of someone “snapping their sh*t up” on the gym floor goes down.
In theory …
In practice who knows?
C) I think 1 person told me they missed my emails.
Maybe 2, but not too sure.
And obviously not wanting to let them down … I’m here.
