My schedule is all over the place ... 🙄
When it comes to your own training sessions.
The LESS you have to rely on.
The better …
Take a look at this.
Scenario 1.
To have a good training session you need:
-> A pre-workout drink
-> Training at the ideal time
-> Access to every single piece of equipment you want
-> At least a 2-hour slot, so you’re not rushed
—>> Basically, all the stars need to be aligned to train
For you to train.
That’s scenario 1.
Let’s look at the opposite of that:
-> You don’t need a pre-workout to train. You can go anytime
-> You’re totally flexible on WHEN you train. You prefer it to be early morning, but sometimes you train late. You just roll with it
-> You don’t mind if you have to chop & change your program if equipment isn’t available. You don’t sweat it and do an alternative
-> You only need a 1-hour slot. Sometimes less, if you’re busy. You keep an eye on the big picture.
—>> You’re flexible with your approach but regimented with your goals
That’s scenario 2.
Which one is the best in the long term?
Probably the latter.
Ideally, we’d all be doing scenario 1.
And basing our entire day around training.
But that’s not reality.
And sometimes you need to be ultra-flexible with where, when & what you do with your training.
Now - off to the gym.
Have a good one ✌️
