Quick one
I’ve just written up one of my clients’ new training programs for this month.
We change it every 4 weeks or so.
We’re now on phase 15.
That’s not even the most I’ve had people doing.
I’ve got others on phase 30+.
30 months of training.
And you still get mad when you don’t see results in 2 weeks …
😬
The point I’m making?
For those that work with me.
This is typical.
I work with people for a LONG time.
Much more than the initial 12-week appetiser.
Because all great things need a lot of time.
It never happens overnight.
It takes YEARS to develop a good amount of muscle mass.
Years to add significant amounts to your lifts.
Years to lose fat if you have lots of it already.
>
So remember that when you’re going about it this week.
Play. The. Long. Game.
Goodnight 🤙👻
Harry
