The perfect body doesn't exi ...
I got asked yesterday by a client:
“How do people who completely rely on their looks/physique stay in that shape year round? Models, bodybuilders etc”
And it’s a really good question.
Because from an outside perspective.
It seems like these people are in their BEST shape 365 days a year.
They’re always lean.
Never seemingly have an off-season.
Or go through a fat/fluffy spell.
We all know the type.
We probably follow most of them on Instagram.
Along with millions of others who do.
So here’s the deal.
So, HOW do they do it?!
…
They don’t.
Well … I don’t think they do.
And here’s why.
Or at least 99% don’t.
There will be the 1 in 100 million that do actually stay in their best shape year round.
Genetics/lifestyle/motivation/drive
(probably in that exact order)
Being the contributing factor.
But there are probably 50-100 people like that on the planet.
Out of 8 billion people.

I’ve seen videos of female fitness models having bum pads placed under their leggings whilst on a shoot.
😳
No joke.
Here’s the vid:

To literally give them a bum.
(They didn’t have one before)
So she ended up having THE perfect balance of being lean, toned & also muscular in the right places.

Guys peak for photoshoots.
I know because I’ve done it many times.
They’re in THAT shape for probably 30-45 mins.
Either side of that.
They don’t look nearly as muscular, lean, vascular - you name it.
But the videos/photos from that shoot last forever.
And they can RECYCLE them endlessly on social media.
Giving the illusion that they’re always in that shape.
So …
That’s my take on it.

You’re doing great.
If you’re showing up to the gym
Watching what you eat
Making progress (no matter how seemingly slow)
You’re better than most.
Have a good one 🤩
