Thinking rationally here
If you could ONLY pick 1 exercise to do.
For each muscle group.
For every month.
To make sure you get the most out of your training.
What would you pick & why …?

One for chest
For back
Quads
Etc

Correct me if I’m wrong.
But the choices will likely be the bread & butter exercises.
Basic ones.
That have been around for decades.
Your training program should 90-90% be comprised of these exercises & variations of.
Not the other, non-basic ones.
Certainly not combo exercises using 2kg dumbbells.
There’s no need to reinvent the wheel.

And yes, it is all about HOW you do these exercises.
But you can at least nail the easy part.
Which is picking them in the first place.
Over the non-basic, fancy, “For Instagram” ones.
And …
If you KNOW that these exercises are good.
Then rinse them as much as you can.
After all … we all want to get the most out of our training …

We’re time-poor
Have other things to think about
Other priorities to manage
Don’t live in the gym
We want to be in & out in an hour.
Having put our muscles through the most amount of work possible in that time.
